well this is just a simple song,
to say what you done.
i told you 'bout all those fears,
and away they did run.
you sure must be strong,
and you feel like an ocean being warmed by the sun.
got out of class this morning to this text from my sister-
yoga is a global art.
yoga works on your conscience.
works on your senses.
works on your flesh.
works on your organs of perception.
it's simple. it's not complicated. whatever it is that fills you up, let it fill you up. let it work you. let it work stuff out. let it feel good. yeah?
